Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The world is not in need of those who will fix errors of humanity but in dire need of matured Christians who would use their gifts to communicate the word of God and lead their families, the Church, communities and their countries in the way of righteousness. Very few of them, however, seem to have what it takes to take their positions as leaders and ministers in their spheres despite their God-given potentials. Thus this Course Book - a compilation of five resource materials on Christian Oral Communications, Christian Drama Communications, Christian Musical Communications, Christian Human Resources and Children Evangelism - makes serious attempts to introduce everybody into various creative ministries that are required in the Body of Christ and in the world. It teaches in a simple manner the management of human resources and the ways Christians can use their gifts to reach out to souls through speaking, writing, drama, media, musical and children ministries. The resource materials equip and help individuals to identify their callings, providing Biblical principles and guidelines on how to be effective and productive in the service of the Lord in spite of the hostile environments.

Because of its tremendous impact on mankind, it is perceived as the god of the universe which is capable of playing both bad and good roles. Book excerpt: The involvements of Toyosi Babs in a deadly syndicate caused the death of his mother, making him to be at loggerheads with his younger sister who reminded him that he was supposed to be a servant of God instead of a criminal. The syndicate which disguised as a legitimate business organization was actually into human-traffiking, drugs, contract killings of political figures and other diabolical jobs. It was so monstrously powerful that it would take at least the cooperation of the US and Nigerian governments to bring it down. When Toyosi’s mother and sister discovered that the syndicate caused the deaths of thousands of Nigerians, they fled the town to another place out of shame that a member of their family was involved in such atrocities. Toyosi’s sister was later forced to relate with him during the burial of their mother, making him to understand that she prayed for him till the last day of her life. She then seized the opportunity to reach out to him for Jesus Christ. When he eventually decided to be a Christian, he defected but, because he knew too much, the syndicate perceived him as a serious threat. This made him to be declared wanted - dead or alive. He was forced to play hide and seek with the syndicate until an angel in the form of a US citizen was sent by God on a mission to deliver him.

Book excerpt: According to results of various research works; the causes of social vices and crimes are attributed to the erosion of family, traditional, moral, religious and national values which are usually designed to make people responsible and reasonable. Invariably, people are not born to become responsible or irresponsible. They are actually taught to become what they are right from childhood. Unless adults man up to their responsibilities, especially towards young generations by giving them Value Education, vices and crimes are likely going to be on the increase. In order to equip parents; teachers and other children handlers with resource materials, the author introduces Value Education to them in this and other books. He blends Moral Instructions with Academics through the use of stories, nursery rhymes, class activities and other study items which are designed to impact children of all ages with moral and other values.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: According to the main drama paper presentation in this book, truths about economic and political catastrophes in most nations are not something someone can randomly stumble upon. This is because the activities of Globalists like the Illuminati and Freemasons are always shrouded in secrecies and mysteries. There are lots of documentary and circumstantial evidences that reveal the Globalists as the power behind all the thrones in the world, including the United States and United Kingdom. Because of their hidden agendas, the Globalists and most of the Governments in the world use lies and deceptions as their official languages. Invariably, it becomes impossible to discover the truth without thorough research works on their activities right from the time they started making history. Aside from the papers like: “The Sources Of Major Influence In The Society” and “Game Of Politics”, other short plays that depict either the game of dirty politics or how family; traditional; religious and national values are compromised include: “The Evil Generation Of Globalists”, “The Quest For Excellence At The Expense Of Values Is Rat Race”, “People Who Benefit From Bad Systems Are Threats To The Future Of The Nation”, “The Game Of Money Politics”, The Great Enemies Of The Nation”, “Corrupt People Always Corrupt Others”, “The Deeds That Corrupt Good People”, “Selfishness Is The Mother Of Regression”, “Three Things That Can Destroy Any Nation”, “Conscience Is The Best Role Model”, “The Leadership Of Intelligent Crooks”, “Hypocrisy At Every Level”, “The Costs Of Noble Course Of The Nation”, “The Riches Of Poor People”, “Education Alone Does Not Make Anyone Reasonable And Responsible”, “The Means Of Putting An End To Everything”, “The Seeds That Grow Are In Human Hearts”, “The Life Of Crisis”, “Mammon Makes Men Monsters”, “Irresponsible Generations Are A Step Ahead Of Responsible Ones”, “Disregard Of Law And Order Amounts To Crime”, “The Deadly Things In Any Nation Are Ignorance And Silence”, “The Future Of People Begins With What They Do Everyday”, “The Lessons Of Life Experience”, “The End Of All Bad Choices”, “Erosions Of Value Systems”, “The Generation Of Every Man To Himself”, “Corruption Of School Teacher In The Name Of Valentine” and “Political Cancer In The Society”.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: While some historical accounts are distorted, so many parts were written long before they eventually become history. This is because a clique sees the need to destroy the old order and pave the way for the New World Order. The quest to dominate the world and fuse all nations together as one entity is an age-long battle which becomes more profound and pronounced in the modern days with the use of chemical, biological, psychological, spiritual and other weapons. With presentations of documentary, circumstantial and other evidences most of which are made available by ancient and modern researchers and writers, this book attempts to shed light on what actually characterized global events like the French revolution, world wars, civil wars, virus pandemic and other catastrophes that plague humanity. These research works address the question that was raised in the book, titled “Pawn In The Game” by William Guy Carr who asked, “why the Human Race can't live in peace and enjoy the bounties and blessing God provides for our use and benefit in such abundance?” This book also serves as a warning that when the New World Order emerges, humans will become semi-robots that are shackled into Computer Network through the use of Artificial Intelligence (IA), as opposed to Natural Intelligence.

Book excerpt: This collection of sixteen short educational dramas exemplify the decadent lifestyles, especially among Nigerian youths as opposed to the family and national values that are portrayedin the pledge to the nation. All the stories are based on some of the most intriguing cases that are studied at differenttimes and locations in Nigeria. While some dramas hold westernization through means of information and entertainments accountable for the near extinction of the major part of Nigerian values, others establish the fact that parents who spare their children from rigours of normal life often create out of them menaces that would pose serious threats to lives and properties in future. This parental factor also exposes young minds to life of luxuries instead of preparing them to face the huddles ahead of them. The various issues that boil on the sources of social vices and crimes in Nigeria are so vividly presented in all the dramas that they can be imagined like motion pictures.

Book excerpt: This book offers a fresh report and interpretation of what is happening at the intersection of two great contemporary movements: the rapid growth of higher education worldwide and the rise of world Christianity. It features on-site, evaluative studies by scholars from Africa, Asia, North America, and South America. Christian Higher Education: A Global Reconnaissance visits some of the hotspots of Christian university development, such as South Korea, Kenya, and Nigeria, and compares what is happening there to places in Canada, the United States, and Europe, where Christian higher education has a longer history. Very little research until now has examined the scope and direction of Christian higher education throughout the world, so this volume fills a real gap.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Communication in the public sphere as well as within organizational contexts has attracted the interest of researchers over the past century. Current forms of citizen engagement and community development, partly enabled through digital communication, have further enhanced the visibility and relevance of non-profit communication. These are performed by the civil society, which is 'the organized expression of the values and interests of society' (Castells, 2008) in the public sphere. Non-profit communication feeds the public sphere as 'the discursive processes in a complex network of persons, institutionalized associations and organizations,' whereas those 'discourses are a civilized way of disagreeing openly about essential matters of common concern' (Jensen, 2002). Despite the relevance in the public sphere, non-profit communication was never properly defined within communication research. The aim of the present book is to offer an overview and report on Strategic Communication for Non-Profit-Organisations and the Challenges and Alternative Approaches. Considering the assumption that a key principle of strategic communication is the achievement of organisational goals, the majority of research developed in the field has used business environments to develop theories, models, empirical insights and case studies. Here, we take a step towards new approaches centred on the concept of non-profit in various dimensions and from various perspectives, showing the diversity and complexity around this subject and at the same time the need of further theoretical and empirical work that provides frameworks and also tools for further understanding of the phenomena.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We live in a wired world where 24/7 digital connectivity is increasingly the norm. Christian megachurch communities often embrace this reality wholeheartedly while more traditional churches often seem hesitant and overwhelmed by the need for an interactive website, a Facebook page and a twitter feed. This book accepts digital connectivity as our reality, but presents a vision of how faith communities can utilize technology to better be the body of Christ to those who are hurting while also helping followers of Christ think critically about the limits of our digital attachments. This book begins with a conversion story of a non-cell phone owning, non-Facebook using religion professor judgmental of the ability of digital tools to enhance relationships. A stage IV cancer diagnosis later, in the midst of being held up by virtual communities of support, a conversion occurs: this religion professor benefits in embodied ways from virtual sources and wants to convert others to the reality that the body of Christ can and does exist virtually and makes embodied difference in the lives of those who are hurting. The book neither uncritically embraces nor rejects the constant digital connectivity present in our lives. Rather it calls on the church to a) recognize ways in which digital social networks already enact the virtual body of Christ; b) tap into and expand how Christ is being experienced virtually; c) embrace thoughtfully the material effects of our new augmented reality, and c) influence utilization of technology that minimizes distraction and maximizes attentiveness toward God and the world God loves.
