Und natürlich ist der Mensch in der Tat schon immer ein unabdingbarer Faktor für den Erfolg eines jeden Unternehmens. Doch besonders durch den akuten Fachkräftemangel ist die Mitarbeiterbindung und die Mitarbeitermotivation in letzter Zeit immer zunehmend in den Fokus gerückt. Auch Friederici betitelt den Faktor Mensch beziehungsweise die Summe der [...] beschäftigten Menschen als wichtigste Ressource. Daran kann man erkennen, dass die dauerhafte Bindung der Mitarbeiter essenziell dafür ist, diese Ressource zu erhalten und somit den langfristigen Unternehmenserfolg sicher zu stellen. Hierbei spielen viele Faktoren eine Rolle, unter anderem aber nicht exklusiv das Gehalt oder die Arbeitszeiten. Das soll im Hauptteil dieser Arbeit betrachtet werden.
