Similarly, the nature of breast cancer in black women of the less privileged societies, and in women of ethnic groups living in countries of similar socio-economic status, is virtually unknown. For various epidemiological reasons, breast cancer incidence is rapidly increasing in these counties, more so than currently is the case in developed countries. These natural self-doping boosters are reserved for the defense department. These reactions may cause us to run faster, jump higher, scream louder, or take higher risks, putting our life or the life of others in danger by acting irrationally, having incontrollable body reactions designed to defend ourselves as part of our defense mechanism system. The ideal response to our problems is to deal with them with objectivity without any emotional attachments to them in that way to avoid all the reactions that cause illnesses and complications to ourselves.

Prominent economists and environmentalists agreed that the only way to stem the tide was to impose restrictions on how we used resources, such as land, water, and fish, from either the free market or the government. This notion was upended by Elinor Ostrom, whose work to show that regular people could sustainably manage their community resources eventually won her the Nobel Prize. Ostrom’s revolutionary proposition fundamentally changed the way we think about environmental governance.
