Spinto da questo diffuso attivismo e per sostenere queste iniziative, il Dipartimento confederale che ha la delega ai temi dello sviluppo sostenibile, ambiente ed energia ha realizzato questa pubblicazione – frutto di una collaborazione tra persone provenienti da esperienze e ruoli diversi – che offre un primo quadro generale delle questioni che si intersecano con la transizione ecologica, a cominciare da quella energetica che rappresenta le maggiori criticità e complessità.

Non ultimo per visione d’insieme, gli autori hanno voluto sottolineare l’essenzialità dei ruoli ricoperti per la transizione energetica da alcuni strumenti legislativi, regolatori e di mercato, quali ad esempio: il Balance Service Provider, nonché i meccanismi di Emission Trading dell’Unione Europea con cui prezzare le emissioni di anidride carbonica. Argomenti questi che formano una materia dal carattere ancora esoterico per il grande pubblico, ma con i quali è importante o addirittura urgente familiarizzare quanto prima, poiché sempre più entreranno nella vita di tutti i giorni – vale a dire di tutti noi.
