Book Synopsis The Promised Davidic King by : Wyatt Aaron Graham
Download or read book The Promised Davidic King written by Wyatt Aaron Graham and published by Lexham Academic. This book was released on 2024-01-17 with total page 213 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Reading psalms in context The Psalter is a carefully edited work, skillfully arranged to communicate a theological message. The Promised Davidic King is a case study of how a single psalm shapes—and is shaped by—its context in the Psalter. Wyatt Aaron Graham argues that Psalm 108 plays a guiding role in Book V (Pss 107–150). Following Israel's return from exile in Psalm 107, Psalm 108 introduces the eschatological King and kingdom further developed in Psalms 109–110. Psalm 108 repurposes Psalms 57 and 60, which in this location, take on renewed meaning in the Psalter's unfolding story of redemption. Graham's study of Psalm 108 gives insight into the meaning of the Psalms and displays the benefits of reading psalms in their context.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: ANEMONA is a multi-agent system (MAS) methodology for holonic manufacturing system (HMS) analysis and design. ANEMONA defines a mixed top-down and bottom-up development process, and provides HMS-specific guidelines to help designers identify and implement holons. The analysis phase is defined in two stages: System Requirements Analysis, and Holon Identification and Specification. This analysis provides high-level HMS specifications, adopting a top-down recursive approach which provides a set of elementary elements and assembling rules. The next stage is Holon Design, a bottom-up process to produce the system architecture from the analysis models. The Holons Implementation stage produces an Executable Code for the SetUp and Configuration stage. Finally, maintenances functions are executed in the Operation and Maintenance stage. The book will be of interest to researchers and students involved in artificial intelligence and software engineering, and manufacturing engineers in industry and academia.

Book Synopsis House Practice by : Charles W. Johnson (III)
Download or read book House Practice written by Charles W. Johnson (III) and published by Government Printing Office. This book was released on 2017 with total page 1068 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Published by the Parliamentarian of the House of Representatives. Contains the parliamentary precedents of the United States House of Representatives. The compilation of the parliamentary precedents of the House is as important as any other function of the Office of the Parliamentarian. For each procedural decision made on the floor of the House, the Parliamentarian extracts the proceedings from the daily Congressional Record and writes a parliamentary syllabus. These “headnotes” must be precise, stating the real substance of the decision and its legal rationale in suitably narrow terms. To bridge the span between a digest of decisions and formally published precedents, the Parliamentarian publishes House Practice: A Guide to the Rules, Precedents and Procedures of the House, a condensed compilation of procedures of current application. In Show Me Your Glory, Rebecca Idestrom invites the reader on a journey to discover what the Old Testament teaches us about God’s glory. While exploring this biblical theme, she examines various scriptural passages about the glory of the LORD within their larger narrative context in each biblical book. She also considers the different key words used for glory as well as the many diverse images and themes connected to God’s glory. This thematic investigation demonstrates that the Old Testament Scriptures present a deeply profound and multifaceted portrait of the glory of God. Although it is impossible to fully capture what the Bible says about God’s majestic glory, Show Me Your Glory yields many wonderful insights into its depiction, meaning, and significance, resulting in a deep and rich biblical theology of divine glory.
