Todo esto dio paso al punto clave donde se diagnosticara las diferentes problemáticas y a partir de lo anterior desarrollar debidamente un Plan de Mejoramiento basado en el análisis de los tiempos productivos de la organización, que nos indique como dar solución completa y armoniosa al problema planteado. De acuerdo a lo anterior se espera que la empresa tenga una notable mejoría en los procesos productivos incrementando su eficiencia y disminuyendo los costos de producción.
