If we spend time away from our concrete jungles and instead spend some time out in nature, we will find both physical and spiritual healing. Take the time to just observe and pray. Also included are what I call "Pondering Moments" or mini-sermons. As a chaplain, I do not spend a half-hour detailing thoughts into sermons. I give thoughts for us to think about during the week.
