Book excerpt: FROM THAT FIRST STEP Since first stepping into this world of Imperealisity, it has been one learning situation after another. As my friends, Steve and Bailey joined me with all of our pets, we have walked in to some extraordinary and astounding events. Many of the events we have been involved with in this world have shown us we are definitely not in Walla Walla anymore. Thank goodness we have found strengths and powers to face some of the obstacles and some of the creatures in our travels. As we gathered new members for our team of adventurers, we have found the times between earth and this planet to be totally different. What seems to be months here in reality at home are only days. We have found many new friends, saved a good number of people from slavery, met one god, and saved another. We have stood before a king and queen, faced monsters and beasts, helped build up a town that was destroyed by a T-Rex. Yes, I did say a dinosaur. We really had to think about that one and finally decided our home planet was hit by asteroids and meteors and this one never was. In our travels so far, we have learned Steve, Bailey and I have been talked about for centuries, as we now understand we are at the heart of a centuries-old prophecy. We understand our home on planet earth is where we need to return to soon. The three of us still have classes to take at Walla Walla High school. I have been getting the feeling that might become an adventure in itself. But for now, let the adventures continue in Book Four of this series, as you will see how the power of three is only the beginning of many great things. JOIN US AS WE TRAVEL FURTHER INTO THE WESTERN REGION OF THE DENARIAN LANDS.

Book excerpt: Walking up and looking over the edge of the hill, what I viewed looked like prisoners with guards around them. As I tried to observe everything, suddenly, what I saw almost gave me a scare of which I have never had before in my life. Turning and sliding down the wall of rocks behind me, I sat down. Steve stood, looked over the edge of the hill viewing the guards, and then noticed the same thing I had seen. Suddenly he was sliding down and sitting next to me on the ground. Bailey looked at both of us, with our faces pale and blank, then stood up, and took in the view. Steve asked, “Marty, what is that thing?” “You’re asking the wrong person, Steve,” I replied. “No. I am asking you,” Steve said. “You mean the thing with big, pointed ears and red eyes?” “Yes, that is what I mean,” Steve said. Bailey slid down beside us and shook her head, asking, “Isn’t he dead?” Ziggy looked over the edge and commented, “That is the ugliest dog I have ever seen.” New adventures and marvelous new characters await the readers in this second book of the series of Imperealisity. It’s a time of unusual pets, wizards, dragons, and little people. It’s time for those new adventures to begin.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The journey has been exciting, challenging, and fun. All the things we have at home, we are doing without in this world. No phones, computers, cars, or even fast-food places, and for some reason, we really don’t miss those things. I guess when you step back in time, your feet tend to take the path of those around you. So if no one is using a phone, you don’t miss it. If others are not eating greasy, overcooked hamburgers, you don’t yearn for those either. Well, just a moment, now that I am thinking about it, maybe a good old greasy burger with tomatoes, onions, and cheese would taste pretty good, with a large order of fries and fry sauce. I bet when I get home, one of the first things I will do is go to downtown Walla Walla and find a fast-food joint. We have traveled a reasonable distance and have found our time in this world is entirely different than our world. What seems like weeks over here in this world are only a few hours back home. The three of us and our pets all seem to be gaining more strength and power. And we can’t forget about Vanessa and her sisters as they are also increasing their strengths and capabilities. I keep wondering why, as Vanessa, if her sisters and parents are from this world, or are they? We have done some amazing things in the time we have been in Imperealisity, but I get the feeling we are in for more attention-grabbing times and exciting activities in this world. As we all climb into the back of our wagon, we know we have a good week of travel ahead of us. We don’t know what’s out there in front of us. However, we do know we are here for an extraordinary purpose, and that is to fulfill a prophecy that is centuries old. We have powers and strengths that can protect and help those in this world. So as we travel to the southern region to look for what is unknown, I hope you can imagine all the things we see and do. I hope you enjoy the ride.

Book excerpt: Genesis 6 Conspiracy: There are giants among us, passing largely unnoticed, intent on carrying out a secret plan to enslave all humanity. They may not look like giants today, but their bloodlines extend all the way back to the Nephilim—the offspring of angels who mated with human women—described in Genesis 6 when giants roamed the land. Gary Wayne, author of The Genesis 6 Conspiracy: How Secret Societies and the Descendants of Giants Plan to Enslave Humankind, details the role of modern-day Nephilim in Satan’s plan to install the Antichrist at the End of Days. When God cast the angel Lucifer and his followers out of heaven, Lucifer set into motion a scheme to ensure the Nephilim survived. Why? Because from the bloodlines of these Nephilim the Antichrist will come. To keep his plan alive, Satan has enlisted the loyalty of secret societies such as the Freemasons, the Templars, and the Rosicrucians to conspire in teaching a theology and a history of the world that is contrary to the biblical one. This Genesis 6 Conspiracy marches toward the Great Tribulation, when the loyalty of the Terminal Generation—this generation—will be tested. The Bible, along with many other ancient sources, clearly records the existence of giants. Wayne provides copious citations from many society insiders, along with extensive Bible references, other religious references, and historical material to bolster his contention. What he uncovers will astonish you—and it will challenge you to prepare for the fulfilling of God’s promises. Book excerpt: This book offers a vast conceptual and theoretical exploration of the ways intelligence analysis must change in order to succeed against today's most dangerous combatants and most complex irregular theatres of conflict. Intelligence Analysis: How to Think in Complex Environments fills a void in the existing literature on contemporary warfare by examining the theoretical and conceptual foundations of effective modern intelligence analysis—the type of analysis needed to support military operations in modern, complex operational environments. This volume is an expert guide for rethinking intelligence analysis and understanding the true nature of the operational environment, adversaries, and most importantly, the populace. Intelligence Analysis proposes substantive improvements in the way the U.S. national security system interprets intelligence, drawing on the groundbreaking work of theorists ranging from Carl von Clauswitz and Sun Tzu to M. Mitchell Waldrop, General David Petraeus, Richards Heuer, Jr., Orson Scott Card, and others. The new ideas presented here will help the nation to amass a formidable, cumulative intelligence power, with distinct advantages over any and all adversaries of the future regardless of the level of war or type of operational environment.

Book excerpt: The second edition of Sales: Cases and Problems has been carefully crafted to enable students to master the concepts and rules that govern sales of goods within all but one of the states and territories of the United States. Because sales of goods are governed by Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the focus is on close examination of its statutory provisions and the resolution of problems by application of the concepts and rules from the texts of those provisions. Although the book contains carefully selected and well-edited cases, its focus is primarily on problem solving. The book introduces straightforward subject matter through succinct explanations. It provides pertinent sections of the relevant statute and then follows up with a set of modern problems created to focus on the legal principles in each statutory section. The book reminds students of underlying common law rules and principles of equity but avoids excursions into issues on the fringes of sales law, in favor of concentration on what is essential for bar passage and entry level practice. The coursebook is extremely user-friendly for students and is written by teachers for teachers. For professors who adopt the book, there is an extraordinarily thorough teacher's manual and carefully designed, instructive PowerPoint slides. The teacher's manual includes the full text of each problem along with a discussion of issues raised and an explanation of the appropriate responses, so that professors need not consult their coursebooks during class. The teacher's manual also includes references to specific accompanying PowerPoint slides that signal when they are to be used in the presentation. The book includes citations and quotations of texts that should shed light on doctrinal points that are likely to arise. The full set of 1000 PowerPoint slides is available upon adoption.
