We an aim to shed light on best practices across the borders, the intention of this volume is to develop a reliable reference to guide the practicing physician anywhere in the world, and from whatever specialty (surgeon, gastroenterologist or endoscopist) to navigate through the many current options of therapy in this rapidly changing field. In this book we will focus first on the clinical problems of the patients and the indications for the sleeve.
