This book was released on 2022-08-22 with total page 159 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We all are on a spiritual journey called the journey to God. The journey starts from ‘I’, as various ego identifications, and gets completed when we realize ourselves- as we truly are. It starts when the soul after coming from the Spirit, starts its outward journey in the illusionary materialistic world. During the journey, juggling through the maze of Maaya- illusions, it forgets its true identity and starts assuming many false identifications with name, fame, forms, caste, color, status, etc. But a stage comes when not getting permanent happiness, after suffering in many incarnations, a spiritual awakening comes. We- the individual souls then start looking for spiritual direction. We shift focus and start our inward journey looking for The Spirit- our own true identity. This book describes in detail the whole journey and how it matters to us. Various Questions about life then start emerging. A small voice within begins to question: Who am I? who is God? why God made the world? what is my relationship with God? what is the purpose of my creation? Who am I and why do I matter? The Search for the meaning of life thus begins. These questions appear quite often in our lifetime but we turn away from them. There are many moments we are provoked to ask these. We feel since childhood, a vague nostalgia for more, a divine longing. In many ways, it is the central struggle of every human life. And whether you are 7 or 70 or someplace in between, you need to know these. This book came to life when in one of my meditation classes, I was asked to answer the question of who I am- the most profound and deepest question of all the time; the first question in all philosophies. Sometimes we avoid discovering what we are. It is mainly because inquiring earnestly could mean the death of something we hold onto, like the idea we have of ourselves, the personality, ego, and all that comes with it. Though it took around 60 days to complete this book, it contains 60 years of my introspection on these soul-searching questions. I have tried to share my knowledge on these questions in a very simple structured way, with a number of examples, stories, poems, experiments, inferred deductions, and Vedic explanations., The book will surely attract sufficient attention and stretch of mind in certain places to understand the subtle subject. After realization, the journey gets completed and the soul merges back with the spirit from which it came. We feel oneness with God and everything. This journey normally is a very long one, involving many incarnations with all the pains and pleasures which life throws before us. But as the masters say, we can complete the journey in one lifetime, reaching the ultimate realization called Nirvana, Moksha. In that stage, as Vivekananda says, “I has all become and all is I. Oneness in all beings. All beings in self and self in all beings”. That is freedom from suffering and sorrow. Journey with me, know about you and find the purpose of life. The journey through this book will transform you from a limited ‘I’ to an infinite Self. You are already that. The book will bring up to your active awareness the things you already knew deep within but have forgotten now.

Book excerpt: In this “powerful personal story woven with a rich analysis of what we all seek” (Sergey Brin, cofounder of Google), Mo Gawdat, Chief Business Officer at Google’s [X], applies his superior logic and problem solving skills to understand how the brain processes joy and sadness—and then he solves for happy. In 2001 Mo Gawdat realized that despite his incredible success, he was desperately unhappy. A lifelong learner, he attacked the problem as an engineer would: examining all the provable facts and scrupulously applying logic. Eventually, his countless hours of research and science proved successful, and he discovered the equation for permanent happiness. Thirteen years later, Mo’s algorithm would be put to the ultimate test. After the sudden death of his son, Ali, Mo and his family turned to his equation—and it saved them from despair. In dealing with the horrible loss, Mo found his mission: he would pull off the type of “moonshot” goal that he and his colleagues were always aiming for—he would share his equation with the world and help as many people as possible become happier. In Solve for Happy Mo questions some of the most fundamental aspects of our existence, shares the underlying reasons for suffering, and plots out a step-by-step process for achieving lifelong happiness and enduring contentment. He shows us how to view life through a clear lens, teaching us how to dispel the illusions that cloud our thinking; overcome the brain’s blind spots; and embrace five ultimate truths. No matter what obstacles we face, what burdens we bear, what trials we’ve experienced, we can all be content with our present situation and optimistic about the future.

Book excerpt: The MTV Generation (Generation X's protege) is stereotyped as apathetic, ineffectual, entitled and lazy. David Schuster is here to show you that things are not always what they seem. In a world dominated by the opinions of Baby Boomer pundits, Schuster adds a youthful voice to the cacophony. Politically incorrect, incisive and funny, Schuster waxes philosophical on the most important sociological quandaries of the Western world. He tackles everything from sex to metaphysics with optimism and authenticity uncharacteristic of his generation. Always careful not to take himself too seriously, he offers a refreshing viewpoint badly needed in a cynical world constantly bombarded by doomsday warnings. Philosophy Junk Food is an entertaining peek into what the younger crowd has been up to while you weren't looking, with just enough profound messages to change the way you look at the world.

This book was released on 2023-12-04 with total page 403 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the past, medicine worked like this: a patient looked for a doctor who evaluated him carefully. After the evaluation, the doctor said to the patient: Are you willing to abandon everything that has made you sick so far? Only then do I accept to be your doctor. Now, I ask you: Is your company willing to abandon all the bad processes and bad strategies that have given your customers a bad experience? The big problem is that, in many cases, we look for doctors, pharmacists and software resellers and, what they want most, is to recommend medicines and CRM systems for a temporary cure, or imaginary cure to serve the media or advertising. What's wrong with that? It is that in the customer service sector, the side effect is worse than acting directly on the cause of the corporate pains that cause the bad experience to customers. If professionals don't know how to hire and build a long-term strategy, your suppliers will always want you to come back for new software purchases and more software, and not for a permanent cure. The objective of this book is to bring the most widely used and effective standards on the market to serious professionals who really want to embrace and offer excellent customer service. There is no methodology that will solve everything overnight, but the right methodology will help the company to respond quickly and without repression. As the conclusion, I wrote in this book too a table that help you to identify Why, when and how to use each one of those worldwide methodologies or tools to improve and profit from your customer service. This book is part of the CRM and Customer Experience Trilogy called CX Trilogy which aims to unite the worldwide community of CX, Customer Service, Data Science and CRM professionals. I believe that this union would facilitate the contracting of our sector and profession, as well as identifying the best professionals in the market.
