L'une des complications tardives les plus graves du traitement par radiothérapie est l'ostéoradionécrose mandibulaire qui se caractérise par une nécrose osseuse quasi irréversible. Il s'agit d'une pathologie d'origine multifactorielle et son développement peut être favorisé par différents facteurs. Afin d'améliorer la prévention et la prise en charge de cette pathologie, il est important d'identifier ses facteurs de risque. Notre travail a pour but de relever les différents facteurs de risque mit en évidence ces dix dernières années grâce à une analyse de la littérature, ainsi que de présenter les moyens de prévention et de traitement de l'ostéoradionécrose mandibulaire.
