Als Alternative zu den traditionellen Herangehensweisen wird die Resilienz vorgestellt. Im Mittelpunkt steht, dass Resilienz im Führungskontext in Kohärenz mit der Umwelt greifbar gemacht wird. Unter diesem Gesichtspunkt werden die kumulierten Erkenntnisse nachfolgend in den Change-Management-Prozess übertragen und die Bedeutung der Kommunikation dargestellt und untersucht. Dabei werden die maßgeblichen Einflussfaktoren auf den Change-Prozess identifiziert und ein Modell für die Führungskraft konzipiert, welche die förderlichen Faktoren der Resilienz gezielt herausgreift und Einflüsse dynamisch darstellt. Die Resilienz eröffnet der Führungskraft in Zeiten der Veränderung einen Zugang zu sich selbst und zu den Mitarbeitern. Der Selbstklärungsprozess für die Führungskraft soll den aktuellen Standpunkt vor Augen führen um die persönlichen Voraussetzungen, die Haltung und die Kompetenzen im Selbstcheck zu erkennen. Dieser Stützpunkt soll den Blick für die Einstufung der momentanen, und die Adaption der förderlichen Resilienzeigenschaften, schärfen. Zusätzlich sollen auf individueller Ebene stabilisierende und anwendungsbezogene Grundhaltungen aufgegriffen und mittels Bilden einer vorrangigen Vision symbolisiert werden. Ein praxisorientierter Leitfaden mit dem Grundsatz der Resilienz soll zu mehr Widerstandskraft, nachhaltiger Aktivierung und Stabilisierung der Führungskraft verhelfen. Durch Perspektivenerweiterung und die gezielte Schaffung von Kommunikationssituationen sollen die Mitarbeiter begleitet werden, um gestärkt aus der Veränderung hervorzutreten und ebenfalls ressourcenorientiert aktiviert zu sein.
