Für Unternehmen bedeutet dieser Wandel in der Bevölkerungsstruktur, dass in Zukunft die Mitarbeiter im Schnitt älter werden und junge qualifizierte Mitarbeiter schwerer zu rekrutieren sind. In dieser Arbeit werden am Beispiel der fiktiven Firma BREAK einige Maßnahmen erarbeitet, wie dem demografischen Wandel in Unternehmen begegnet werden kann. BREAK sieht sich in den nächsten Jahren großen Herausforderungen gegenüber, da ca. 42 Prozent der Belegschaft, vor allem auch viele Führungskräfte, bereits über 55 Jahre alt sind. Damit diese Entwicklung keine negativen Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen hat, sind Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, welche das Unternehmen BREAK zukunfts- und demografiesicher machen.
