Zuvor definiert dieser Forschungsbericht jedoch den Begriff der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und der Heimerziehung, um in die Thematik und die Arbeitsbereiche der befragten Personen einzuführen. Nachfolgend wird kurz in das Thema der „Systemsprenger" eingeleitet und der aktuelle Forschungsstand des Berichtes dargestellt. Nach dem benannten Stand der Forschung wird das Forschungsvorhaben und die Forschungsmethode erläutert. Im empirischen Teil werden deshalb die Belastungen, die persönlichen und institutionellen Ressourcen und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten mittels qualitativer ExpertInneninterviews untersucht. Der Forschungsbericht endet schließlich mit der Auswertung der Forschungsergebnisse und der Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage, auf das im nächsten Kapitel näher eingegangen wird. In den letzten Jahren war das Thema der Grenzverletzung im Rahmen der stationären Erziehungshilfe Gegenstand der Diskussionen. Allerdings wurden Grenzverletzungen an Fachkräften durch Jugendliche und die daraus resultierenden Konsequenzen kaum berücksichtigt. Für Fachkräfte kann dies einen Verlust an innerer Sicherheit und Schuldgefühlen bedeuten, was seelische und/ oder körperliche Folgen haben kann.
