In all 50 schools and 150 teachers were selected for the study. SPSS version 20.0 was the software used for the data analysis. The sampling technique that was used is stratified random sample. Frequency tables, t-test, pie charts, bar chats, mean and standard deviation were also used in presenting the data. The use of ICT has impacted to some extent on almost every facet of our daily activities. Students of today grow up with an array of technology, both at home and at school. Educators and governments have also devoted huge resources to the provision of technology in the learning environment. Despite the increase in ICT tools in Ghanaian basic schools, some teachers do not use them in their teaching.

These ambitious goals were subsequently refined into eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), designed to provide a framework for accountability, donor coordination and resource mobilization. The MDGs are: Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger; achieve universal primary education; promote gender equality and empower women; reduce child mortality; improve maternal health; combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases; ensure environmental sustainability; and develop a global partnership for development. The first seven of these Goals are concerned with outcomes, identifying the progress towards certain standards of human well-being and decent living which should be achieved globally and nationally by 2015. The eighth Goal is concerned with relationships, identifying various aspects of a “global partnership for development” which must be forged to support the realization of these poverty reduction, human development and environmental sustainability standards. Book excerpt: Adult learners have more options for enrolling in postsecondary education than ever before, and they are able to use their learning style preference in deciding which program best meets their needs. For some of these students, those programs are fully online, and for others, there is minimal use of technology. As technology grows and become more integrated into individual lives, the unique learning styles and preferences of adults need to learn to be incorporated into instructional design. Drawing on a regional sample of US colleges, 545 adult learners in a graduate programs were surveyed about how to effectively build community in their online classes. Results indicated some agreement with these instructional tools. Mature adult learners, however, were found to have stronger agreement with strategies that included work outside of the formal online class. These results suggest perhaps a greater comfort for adults in working in spaces where there is less likelihood of being judged or graded, and that they might value relational work with other students in different ways than younger adults.

Six tools namely ICT and Teacher Attitude, ICT and Computer Uses, ICT and Teacher Anxiety, ICT and Teacher Avoidance, ICT and Teacher Competency and ICT and Classroom Learning Productivity were used to collect data. The data were collected from 253 teachers drawn from fifteen schools at random. The data was subjected to different statistical analyses. The major findings emerged from the study are Gender, Age, Internet facilities in schools, Computer Uses, Teacher Attitude and Teacher Competency have significantly contributed to Teachers Perception of ICT and its impact on Classroom Learning Productivity. Also, Monthly income, Faculty Discipline and Teaching experience did not play significant role in Teachers' Perception of ICT and its impact on Teaching Learning process.
