A survey was completed collecting data from five different work areas. This data was compared with the organizational philosophies as well as being compared across the work areas. This reviews rehabilitation and a brief discussion on the decision making process overall. The study was conducted using employees from one MLB team to test that team's internal decision making process while giving insight to this type of decision overall for other MLB teams. The end result was a lack of consistency in which variables were used between work areas and how the variables were applied in each case. The overall strength of the regression equations was fairly low. Only one variable was repeatedly significant while the others were used only in support or lacked significance entirely.
