Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A Shocking Bible Discovery found in the Dead Sea Scrolls! After forty years of research in the Biblical text, this book came about while studying Biblical manuscripts in their original Greek. I was given a project by my Greek professor to research the Dead Sea Scrolls. This research changed my life, my belief about time and the books of the Bible. While researching the Dead Sea Scrolls, I found two historical books that were in the Bible during Jesus time on this Earth. So I ask this question: Why did man remove these books? The deeper I studied I discovered that our Bible should have seventy books instead of sixty-six. Six is the number of man and a number representing incompletion. Sixty-six doubles its meaning, and the number 666 needs no explanations. Men do resist Gods will today (2 Peter 3:9). While researching the subject I encountered extreme opposition. The books of the Bible should be divisible by seven. So, we are missing one New Testament book and three Old Testament books to make a seventy book Bible. Have we been deceived by our religious leaders and science community? Does all time truly consist in a 7,007-year window? This book is written from the complete seventy-book Bible which was revealed in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Do the scrolls reveal angels mating with the daughters of Adam? Where did the giant human originate? Have we all been lied to about Genesis 6 and the events during the days of Noah? Are angels and demons masquerading as aliens and UFOs in a great end of time deception? Will the dollar collapse by 2022? Will the U.S. be destroyed in one day by 2028? However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come, (John 16:13-14).

It shows how the libertarian values of big oil companies—such as government deregulation of business practices and curbing laws that protect the environment—became embedded within the theologies of the Religious Right. These theologies of oil later found their being in the public consciousness through the rise of Sarah Palin and led to the election of Donald Trump.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: God Speaks His Word Straight Into The Hearts Of Men And Women. The Word Of God Is Alive And Active Today In The Lives Of Millions. With the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ as his singular focus, Billy Graham faithfully, passionately, and unapologetically preached God’s Word for more than seventy years. At the age of ninety-two, during an exclusive Fox News interview in 2010, Dr. Graham told Greta van Susteren, “I have a tremendous amount of hope for the future because of Jesus Christ.” In this stunning collection of quotes by Billy Graham comes a historic anthology covering seven decades of ministry, drawing from both his published and personal works. These pages are filled with hope, truth, and redemption and seek the hearts of a lost people who need God now more than ever. Today we are putting our hopes in materialism, in technological progress, and in freedom from moral absolutes. They have all failed. They have failed because they have been powerless to change the human heart. Join Billy Graham as he seeks to bring God’s Word to the heart of daily life. Reconnect and be drawn like never before. “Hearing Billy Graham express hope for the world gives me hope that my life can be worthwhile,” comments one twenty-two-year-old. Arranged topically for easy reference, Billy Graham in Quotes provides insight on more than one hundred topics anchored in Scripture. This gifted evangelist takes the focus off of the messenger and shines the Light on the Message of God’s Word. Earth’s troubles fade in the light of heaven’s hope.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book of Revelation has been a source of continual fascination for nearly two thousand years. Concepts such as The Lamb of God, the Four Horsemen, the Seventh Seal, the Beasts and Antichrist, the Whore of Babylon, Armageddon, the Millennium, the Last Judgement, the New Jerusalem, and the ubiquitous Angel of the Apocalypse have captured the popular imagination. One can hardly open a newspaper or click on a news web site without reading about impending financial or climate change Armageddon, while the concept of the Four Horsemen pervades popular music, gaming, and satire. Yet few people know much about either the basic meaning or original context of these concepts or the multiplicity of different ways in which they have been interpreted by visual artists in particular. The visual history of this most widely illustrated of all the biblical books deserves greater attention. This book fills these gaps in a striking and original way by means of ten concise thematic chapters which explain the origins of these concepts from the book of Revelation in an accessible way. These explanations are augmented and developed via a carefully selected sample of the ways in which the concepts have been treated by artists through the centuries. The 120 visual examples are drawn from a wide range of time periods and media including the ninth-century Trier Apocalypse, thirteenth-century Anglo-Norman Apocalypse Manuscripts such as the Lambeth and Trinity Apocalypses, the fourteenth-century Angers Apocalypse Tapestry, fifteenth-century Apocalypse altarpieces by Van Eyck and Memling, Dürer and Cranach's sixteenth-century Apocalypse woodcuts, and more recently a range of works by William Blake, J. M. W. Turner, Max Beckmann, as well as film posters and stills, cartoons, and children's book illustrations. The final chapter demonstrates the continuing resonance of all the themes in contemporary religious, political, and popular thinking, while throughout the book a contrast will be drawn between those readers of Revelation who have seen it in terms of earthly revolutions in the here and now, and those who have adopted a more spiritual, otherworldly approach.

As Brian Tome was talking to a new Christ-follower in his office, he realized that he had nothing on his bookshelf that would give her the "straight talk" on the radical new life she was about to begin. So he penned Welcome to the Revolution a bold, honest, humorous guide to joining the ever-advancing Kingdom of God. "The Revolution," as Tome calls the Christian life, is already underway, and while it is both exhilarating and fulfilling, it's challenging and confusing at times. This book will guide the reader from the basics (navigating through Christian kitsch at the bookstore) to the practical (Bible reading and building community) to the profound (concepts of forgiveness and using imagination in prayer). To those people who have previously dismissed the "Christian" life, or those who want to learn more about God in an accessible way, this book will be the breath that clears the air and shows them how to follow a Revolutionary God.
