Atmosphere was becoming a better conductor of forces, as it was becoming more volatile, more refined. Its volatility during the eleventh era corresponded to that of semi-dense vapor. It was of too low quality to transmit the prarental electric fluid in sufficient quantities to the surface of the condensed body to develop climatic conditions of that surface, properly termed; however, sufficient was transmitted to the surface to cause intensity of action of fused elements--intensity of action as compared with any former action.
