The by-laws of the National Council are brought down to date, and a new chapter is added on recent develop ments. The changes of the past ten years have not been radical, and there appear to be no revolutionary changes in sight. There will be a gradual evolution, for ours is a living organism. This volume, revised to the middle of the year 1923, should serve the churches for a number Of years to come.
