VVE have to inform you that we have received your letter, dated the llth October, containing a reply to a letter sent by us on the subject of the Samamce, who is an inhabitant of our town of Siir, and who and whose forefathers were born in it. In the letter which we sent you before it, bearing date the 25th Dhil Hijjah, 1314 (A.H.), we have shown all the necessary rules current among the States in mutual friendly relations.
