Ces solutions numériques couplées à leurs réalisations cliniques, s'appuient sur les critères de succès des thérapeutiques esthétiques : - une étude diagnostique rigoureuse basée sur l'analyse faciale du patient ; - une meilleure intégration avec les membres de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire ; - une meilleure interaction avec le patient. L'objectif de notre thèse sera de présenter par une revue de littérature cette étape numérique devenue aujourd'hui incontournable dans une approche diagnostique globale intégrée de médecine bucco-dentaire, ainsi que ses implications cliniques.

Cependant, la réussite esthétique demeure un objectif difficile pour le praticien. De multiples facteurs interviennent quant à l'obtention d'un résultat esthétique optimal comme l'analyse rigoureuse des facteurs esthétiques, la précision du positionnement des implants qui permettra un profil d'émergence correct, les différentes chirurgies d'aménagements tissulaires et la qualité des concepts prothétiques.
