This Note examines the impact of social media discovery and admission on plaintiffs in sexual harassment cases. After examining the impact of social media in civil litigation and sexual harassment cases specifically, this Note argues that courts must limit social media evidence in sexual harassment plaintiffs to avoid discovery of irrelevant and prejudicial evidence that only serves to embarrass plaintiffs.
