En primer lugar, se realiza una Evaluación de Riesgos Psicosociales (ERP) y, posteriormente, se estudia la influencia de los factores de riesgo psicosocial en la violencia laboral autoreportada, ambos con una muestra de 196 trabajadores. Para llevar a cabo la ERP, se utiliza el método de evaluación de riesgos psicosociales del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo denominado FPsico en su versión 3.1. Por otra parte, la influencia de los factores psicosociales en la violencia laboral autoreportada se estudia a través de los cuestionarios del método FPsico relacionando los ítems correspondientes a la violencia laboral y los diferentes factores psicosociales. A continuación, se plantean una serie de medidas acorde a los resultados de ambos objetivos para finalmente discutir acerca los puntos fuertes y débiles de este proyecto.
