Nino expone las diferentes concepciones sobre la práctica del derecho y discute productivamente con ellas. El derecho no puede ser reducido a un ejercicio de lógica cerrada ni confinado al estudio de los especialistas: demanda diálogos interpretativos más amplios e inclusivos, e involucra consideraciones inevitables en torno a la moralidad, la política y a los modos en que todas estas esferas se vinculan entre sí.
