Whig Meeting. The Whigs of Chester county are requested to meet at the house of Joseph P. M'Clellan, in the borough of West Chester, on Monday, the sixth of August next, at two o'clock, P. M., to take the usual necessary steps preparatory to the ensuing election, and to effect a more perfect organization of the Whig party.
