Dans un premier temps, nous étudions, via la théorie des jeux algorithmique, la question du partage de réseau d'accès par deux opérateurs de télécommunications. L’objectif consiste en la maximisation de la somme globale de leurs profits. Grâce à cette approche, nous sommes en mesure d'identifier la stratégie optimale de déploiement d'un opérateur de télécommunications sur un ensemble de sites donné, selon les contraintes qui lui sont propres. Nous en déduisons alors le nombre de clients par site qui est attribué à cet opérateur. Dans un second temps, nous étudions les conséquences de la mobilité des utilisateurs d'un opérateur donné sur le dimensionnement des liens X2 de son réseau mobile Long Term Evolution. Ceci nous permet alors de concevoir un dimensionnement optimal de ces liens qui garantit la qualité de service annoncée aux clients, selon leur nombre et leurs utilisations des services.
