Book excerpt: This book will help readers prepare their hearts in expectation, be watchful for the approaching move of God, and build a deeper relationship with Him. In this Spirit-inspired teaching respected scholar and theologian R. T. Kendall uses Jesus’s parable of the ten virgins to describe the condition of the church in the last days. Many Charismatics and Pentecostals assume that what we have seen in the one hundred years since Azusa Street is the final move of God before the Second Coming. Kendall explains that this is not so and reveals that a movement of the Holy Spirit, which is one hundred times greater than anything we have seen—indeed the greatest since Pentecost—is about to unfold. It’s time to wake up!

Book excerpt: The night, or the possibility of Christ returning, begins when the night of the seven year Tribulation begins. To deny this, is to deny the earlier watches of the night (Mark 13:33 37), and the night itself the Day of the Lord. In this vein, the Day of the Lord is pictured as nighttime (1 Thess. 5:2), that is, before it dawns (2 Pet. 1:19). If the chapter division between 1 Thessalonians 4 & 5 is taken out, which doesn=t exist in the original manuscripts, we find that it is not a pre night Rapture that we are to be ready for, but a coming of the Lord as a thief in the night, wherein we are commanded to watch (1 Thess. 5:6 8) and keep our garments (Rev. 16:15). Ironically, the seven year Tribulation and the Day of the Lord both begin with birth pangs (Matt. 24:8; 1 Thess. 5:3) they are one in the same! Now Christians are told to earnestly expect the Day of the Lord in 2 Pet. 3:12 (The word hasting is really to earnestly expect in the Greek.). In suit, since Christians are still here once the Day begins the night (Christ also comes as a thief in the night: in Rev. 16:15), we are told to provoke one another to love and good works, even more so as we see the Day approaching (Heb. 10:24 25). Moreover, it is impossible for the literal salvation to take place before the Day of Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 5:5; Philip. 1:6, 10; 2 Thess. 2:2 3), being before the Day of our Redemption (Eph. 4:30). The pre trib Rapture teaches that Christ=s initial coming will happen before the Day of the Lord; before the night (imminently), but conversely, the Word tells us, "Let no man deceive you by any means, for that Day shall not come (speaking of the Day of Christ) until there is a falling away and the man of sin is revealed. The point is, That Day will begin the beginning of the Tribulation; and again, both the Day of the Lord and the Tribulation begin the night, just as we find in Scripture (1 Thess. 5:1-3). Thus the Trump of God in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 is not an anytime trump before the night, but the Last Trump of the Last Day (John 6:40), being the traditional Second Coming. Even the idea of the Lord returning with a shout, and the Trump of God, and the voice of Michael the Archangel clearly also testify of this, and these represent a battle cry. The irony is, that there is no battle at Christ's initial appearance (1 John 3:2), wherein again, we are COMMANDED to watch (1 Thess. 5:6 8) for His appearing and keep our garments (Rev. 16:15). The Day of the Lord, wherein Christ initially returns, again, has the attributes of nighttime (Luke 17:34; Mark 13:35; 1 Thess. 5:2; 2 Pet. 3:10 14; Rev. 2:1, 16:15), that is, before it dawns (2 Pet. 1:19). Thus Christ is the Bright and Morning Star, the sign of the Son of man at the traditional Second Coming or the first light after the NIGHT the dawning of the That Day (2 Pet. 1:19) when the God man returns at the Second Coming with all of His saints (1 Thess. 3:13, 4:14; Jude 14). Indeed, it is That Day, that is, its prior night segment that we are to look for (Heb. 10:24 25), that will come upon the world and much of the Church as a thief in the night (Luke 21:36; 1 Thess. 5:3). Indeed, it is That Day, as Peter Greek-wise tells us, to earnestly expect (1 Pet. 3:12). Indeed, it is That Day when literal redemption will take place (1 Cor. 5:5). Indeed, it is the Day of Christ (2 Thess. 2 3), being the Day of Jesus Christ (Philip. 1:6, 10)BBbeing the Day of our Redemption (Eph. 4:30)! Speaking of the Day of the Lord, it begins when there is a Great Apostasy, and that the Man of sin is revealed to the Body of Christ (2 Thess. 2:2 3), that is, when the Antichrist confirms (Hebrew: insolently prevails) the Old Covenant and/or the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple in a peace movement (Such will cause great

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The midnight hour refers to the short season before the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. It also refers to the season of life when the pursuit of the vision and assignment is no longer possible. This is the season Jesus was referring to when He said the following John 9:4, "I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work." This book, Midnight Cry is to sensitize believers to fundamental preparations that we must engage in if we want to fulfill our destinies and not fall victim to the end-time events. The story of the ten virgins in the Bible provides us with critical wisdom to help us live a victorious life during that midnight hour. I believe that God has a plan for us in His program, and that is why you are opportune to hold this book in your hand. I encourage you to read through and allow the Holy Spirit to interpret His word to you. My desire is that you will rise up and be all what God created you to be before He comes back. Amen.

Book excerpt: so rapid have been the changes, and so markedly has the way been prepared for the predicted end of the age, since this booklet was first published in 1914, that it has been thought wise to bring it more nearly up-to-date by adding considerable new matter and making a few revisions. None of the latter have in the slightest degree modified the views originally set forth, as every passing year has but convinced the writer of the certainty of the prophetic program as revealed in the Word of God and confirmed by the signs of the times. --H. A. Ironside. June, 1928 Reader, awake! Open your eyes, unstop your ears; arouse yourself while yet there remains a moment of mercy. The midnight cry rings loud and clear: "BEHOLD, THE BRIDEGROOM COMETH! GO YE OUT TO MEET HIM."But on every hand is also heard the voice of the scoffer and objector. The unfaithful servant shuts his eyes to the most manifest signs of the times and cries, "My Lord delayeth His coming." The unbelieving scorner asks ironically, "Watchman, what of the night?" and tarries not for the answer: "The morning cometh, and also the night!" The scornful cynic exclaims: "Where is the promise of His coming? for since the fathers fell asleep all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation!" But he is wilfully and culpably ignorant of the solemn fact that all things do not continue as they were, for changes of vast import and momentous consequences are taking place--politically, religiously, and even physically, in the earth beneath and the heavens above. Even earnest Christians are not wanting who ask, hesitatingly perhaps, but none the less unbelievingly, "What special reasons are there for expecting the Lord Jesus now, which have not always existed since He ascended to heaven? The apostolic band and believers in the earliest period were all looking for His return. Yet He came not, and long centuries have since elapsed. What evidence is there that now His advent is so nigh, and that there may not be as long a time yet to elapse ere He comes back than has already passed?"We admit the reasonableness of the queries, while grieved at the latent unbelief they manifest. To answer them is the writer's present design, and in order to do so there are a large number of scriptures relating to the Jews, the Gentiles and the Church of God, which it will be necessary to examine. To take them up in their inverse order may be most helpful at the present time, so we shall first of all inquire, What can be gleaned from the past history of, and present conditions prevailing in the Church of God that would indicate the soon closing-up of the present age and the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ?

Book excerpt: "My heartfelt thanks to my wife, Mary Hudson, for putting this book together. And to my daughter Katy Perry, whose voice is created to worship." — Keith Hudson Ignite the Fire Within! What is the difference between a cry and an ordinary prayer? A cry is not a passive whisper-it is a war-like shout to an Almighty God! The Cry will ignite a new fire within you-it will rekindle your passion for God. By stripping away the polish and veneer of outward religion and exposing the authentic cry of your heart, God will move in ways you never thought possible. The church has lost its cry, but God is about to restore it. Why did the people gathered for the Azusa Street revival experience such a powerful move of the spirit of God? They had a cry in their hearts and in their prayers. The Cry will: Release a desperate longing for God's intervention in your life. Go way beyond your natural thinking into a spiritual hunger from your innermost being. Touch the heart of God. Release angelic hosts to work on your behalf. Turn your heart toward God. I really want to be there in the courtyards of the Always-Present One. My whole being shouts for joy to the living God! (Psalm 84:2 PEB)
