Algunas medidas que se proponen para mejorar y aumentar la participacion ciudadana en los asuntos publicos son las siguientes: 1)Incrementar y mejorar la educacion civica; 2)Flexibilizar las leyes de participacion ciudadana; 3)Abrir mas espacios para el dialogo publico; 4)Fomentar la creacion de nuevas organizaciones de la sociedad civil; y 5)Creacion de organismos colegiados de participacion ciudadana."
