Through very good contacts that he has, he's discovered an actually treasure chest on the wreckage of an old Spanish naval ship headed to France. What his contacts couldn't tell him is the local mob boss uses some of the shipwrecks in the area to smuggle drugs. When the mob boss finds out he's noising around one of his wreckage, he decides to do something about it. Leaving the local police and retired detective Nick Fulton to solve yet another mystery.
