Le défi est aussi celui de fournir des outils adaptés pour susciter le questionnement et donner des repères pour créer des conditions de créativité en termes d’action professionnelle sur le terrain, en formation initiale et continue et en termes de questionnements institutionnels et en société quant au statut du soin.
