This symposium, under the title "International Symposium on Structural Integrity of Aging Airplanes· was organized jointly be the Georgia Institute of Technology (Center for Computational Mechanics) and the Transportation Systems Center (Cambridge, MA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
