Claramente, en Latinoamerica y en particular en Mexico, estamos lejos de este escenario. Por lo contrario, Mexico continua entrampado en la proyeccion neoliberal del capitalismo, que durante tres decadas ha llevado a la mitad de la poblacion del pais a vivir en condiciones de pobreza, consecuencia de un conjunto de politicas publicas de corte neoliberal cuyo resultado es un mediocre crecimiento economico del 3% en 30 anos. Este trabajo, es una propuesta para cambiar esa cruda realidad, en el que se analizan las condiciones, los alcances y los retos de la segunda economia latinoamericana ante la nueva fase de desarrollo."
