Sie kann alle Schiehten menschlicher Verhiiltnisse iiber den schmalen Kanal verbaler Kommunika tion darstellen. Die Weltliteratur konnte sich bei der Schilderung menschlichen Ver halt ens psychologischer Leistungen riihmen, die mit den Mitteln der Wissenschaft erst wesentlich spater zu erreichen waren. Selbstverstiindlich ist die psychologische Erkenntis nur eine Moglichkeit, aber kein notwendiger Bestandteil der Literatur.
