There is no god But He,--the Living, The Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him Nor sleep. His are all things In the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede In His presence except As He permitteth? He knoweth What (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After Or Behind them. Nor shall they compass Aught of His knowledge Except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend Over the heavens And the earth, and He feeleth No fatigue in guarding, And preserving them For He is the Most High, The Supreme (in glory)Sura 14 : 4 And We never sent a messenger save with the language of his folk, that he might make (the message) clear for them. Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will. He is the Mighty, the Wise.Analysis According to the above verses , Allah reigns absolute over the past and the present including the future . Therefore a study mindful of the chronological order of events is unnecessary nor appropriate . This is further proved by the helter-skelter arrangement of the suras and verses in the Quran itself .Further , Allah also understands all languages . Therefore , since It has revealed Itself and translated the Quran in the English language , there is no need to learn the Arabic language .But Allah also contradicts Itself when It declares Itself unable to explain the verses of the Quran in detail in any other language except Arabic . Sura 41 44. Had We sent this as a Qurán (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail? What! a foreign (tongue) and (a Messenger) an Arab?" Say: "It is a Guide and a Healing to those who believe; and for those who believe not, there is a deafness in their ears, and it is blindness in their (eyes): they are (as it were) being called from a place far distant!"A definite proof that Allah is limited in Its authority over human languages . Muhammad was playing the role of Allah . And of course Allah-Muhammad's boasting never ceases . Sura 39 28. (It is) a Qurán in Arabic, without any crookedness (therein): in order that they may guard against Evil. Sura 10 37. This Qurán is not such as can be produced by other than Allah. on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the Worlds.Sura 482. Do they not consider the Qurán (with care)? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy.Intent The claim that the Quran is infallible shall be tested here .

Book excerpt: This novel is a study of the human condition and the role religions play in our existence. I do not see religions and faith to have any positive effect on humanity; in fact, the opposite is true. The teachings of the so-called holy books are fundamentally flawed and immoral in nature; hence, the writer ought be brought to justice. God incites his followers to murder, cause mayhem, hate, judge and cause the atrocities that humanity has been seeing up until today with Islamic terrorism. Since my childhood growing in a religiously fanatic country, Egypt, I have believed that someone had to stand up and question these centuries old beliefs. I did. And I did it well. The concept is presented in the following theme: Convinced that God is a negative force, tormenting the helpless human race, an ailing English professor becomes determined to put the deity on trial. But when he’s diagnosed with schizophrenia, he soon succumbs to the damning madness and brutally stabs and kills his wife. And in the deadly manhunt that ensues, he is ultimately shot dead by the police. This prompts his grieving sister to follow through his life’s mission to bring God to justice.

Book excerpt: A former radical Shiite Muslim unashamedly speaks out and exposes radical fundamental beliefs in his book "Inside Islam." Reza Safa, openly talks about the spirit of Islam from an insider's point of view. Safa is well-versed in the laws and history of Islam. Radical Muslims claim to believe that the Bible is untrue, eternal life is only attained by sacrifice in a holy war and that Christians are naïve and weak in their beliefs. He explains that they seem to have a lust for martyrdom and their lives are lived in fear of their god, Allah. "Fear is the darkroom in which Satan develops his negatives," says Rafa as he tells how Islam contradicts the facts and truths of the Bible. "Inside Islam" is a magnifying glass that lets you see deep into Muslim culture and society.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What is the most destructive weapon of all time? Is it a stick? A rock... Sword... Gun... Atomic Bomb? Each of these is responsible for their fair share of pain and suffering, but none have come close to the amount of destruction caused by one other weapon. This weapon does not look like other weapons and it appears far less threatening. Most of the time, its work goes unnoticed by its victims. One minute, it can be seen in a room full of military advisors, and the next it can be in the hands of a man sitting on a park bench. It can be waved overhead by an angry mob, and it can be beside a mother as she feeds her baby. When an enemy wants to conquer a group of people, his or her first tactic is not always physical harm. Their first and often most successful tactic is to change people's minds. After all, why should an enemy try to kill a group of people when he or she can enslave them instead? Propaganda is the most destructive weapon of all time. The art of deceiving the masses has been responsible for more pain and suffering than anyone can calculate. All a strategic enemy has to do is articulate his or her deception in a convincing way, then repeat it so often that the people begin to embrace it. In other words, "A lie told often enough becomes the truth." What makes propaganda so powerful is that people do not know they are under attack until it is too late. In this way, it can be comparable to rat poison. Rat poison is made up of 95 percent corn, and 5 percent poison. When an unsuspecting rodent comes upon it, he thinks it is safe to eat, as the majority of rat poison smells like food and tastes like food. However, it is that 5 percent that will kill him. Likewise, the most effective lie is the one wrapped in truth. In many countries, Muslims are instructed to study and memorize the Qur'an from the time they are toddlers. This narrative is repeated so often that it creates a stronghold in the mind and the children eventually learn to accept the narrative as "truth." A bias sets in that prohibits these individuals from looking at other views objectively. For centuries, Islamic scholars have been taking advantage of whole nations with this method of indoctrination. These practices seem to be especially effective in areas where education is limited. This is an unfortunate dilemma, especially in light of the many errors found in the Islamic writings. The goal of this book is to expose the falsehoods and manipulations found within Islam. This will be accomplished by doing a comparative study of the Qur'an, Hadith, the Bible, and historical evidence. This material, when examined unbiasedly, provides convincing evidence that the Qur'an is not preserved, historically accurate, or a direct message from God. It is the hope of the author that the reader will take the time to test and approve this material, not with an indoctrinated and biased perspective, but with equal scales and sound scholarship.

Book excerpt: In much of the Muslim world, religion is the central foundation upon which family, community, morality, and identity are built. The inextricable embedment of religion in Muslim culture has forced a new generation of non-believing Muslims to face the heavy costs of abandoning their parents’ religion: disowned by their families, marginalized from their communities, imprisoned, or even sentenced to death by their governments. Struggling to reconcile the Muslim society he was living in as a scientist and physician and the religion he was being raised in, Ali A. Rizvi eventually loses his faith. Discovering that he is not alone, he moves to North America and promises to use his new freedom of speech to represent the voices that are usually quashed before reaching the mainstream media—the Atheist Muslim. In The Atheist Muslim, we follow Rizvi as he finds himself caught between two narrative voices he cannot relate to: extreme Islam and anti-Muslim bigotry in a post-9/11 world. The Atheist Muslim recounts the journey that allows Rizvi to criticize Islam—as one should be able to criticize any set of ideas—without demonizing his entire people. Emotionally and intellectually compelling, his personal story outlines the challenges of modern Islam and the factors that could help lead it toward a substantive, progressive reformation.

Bostom expands upon his two previous groundbreaking compendia, The Legacy of Jihad and The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism, with this collection of his own recent essays on Sharia - Islamic law. The book elucidates, unapologetically, Sharia's defining Islamic religious principles and the consequences of its application across space and time, focusing upon contemporary illustrations. A wealth of unambiguous evidence is marshaled, distilled, and analyzed, including: objective, erudite studies of Sharia by leading scholars of Islam; the acknowledgment of Sharia's global "resurgence," even by contemporary academic apologists for Islam; an abundance of recent polling data from Muslim nations and Muslim immigrant communities in the West confirming the ongoing, widespread adherence to Sharia's tenets; the plaintive warnings and admonitions of contemporary Muslim intellectuals - freethinkers and believers, alike - about the incompatibility of Sharia with modern, Western-derived conceptions of universal human rights; and the overt promulgation by authoritative, mainstream international and North American Islamic religious and political organizations of traditional, Sharia-based Muslim legal systems as an integrated whole (i.e., extending well beyond mere "family-law aspects" of Sharia). Johannes J. G. Jansen, Professor for Contemporary Islamic Thought Emeritus at Utrecht University, says this book "will prove sobering to even staunch optimists."

Book excerpt: In this profoundly affecting memoir from the internationally renowned author of The Caged Virgin, Ayaan Hirsi Ali tells her astonishing life story, from her traditional Muslim childhood in Somalia, Saudi Arabia, and Kenya, to her intellectual awakening and activism in the Netherlands, and her current life under armed guard in the West. One of today's most admired and controversial political figures, Ayaan Hirsi Ali burst into international headlines following an Islamist's murder of her colleague, Theo van Gogh, with whom she made the movie Submission. Infidel is the eagerly awaited story of the coming of age of this elegant, distinguished -- and sometimes reviled -- political superstar and champion of free speech. With a gimlet eye and measured, often ironic, voice, Hirsi Ali recounts the evolution of her beliefs, her ironclad will, and her extraordinary resolve to fight injustice done in the name of religion. Raised in a strict Muslim family and extended clan, Hirsi Ali survived civil war, female mutilation, brutal beatings, adolescence as a devout believer during the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood, and life in four troubled, unstable countries largely ruled by despots. In her early twenties, she escaped from a forced marriage and sought asylum in the Netherlands, where she earned a college degree in political science, tried to help her tragically depressed sister adjust to the West, and fought for the rights of Muslim immigrant women and the reform of Islam as a member of Parliament. Even though she is under constant threat -- demonized by reactionary Islamists and politicians, disowned by her father, and expelled from her family and clan -- she refuses to be silenced. Ultimately a celebration of triumph over adversity, Hirsi Ali's story tells how a bright little girl evolved out of dutiful obedience to become an outspoken, pioneering freedom fighter. As Western governments struggle to balance democratic ideals with religious pressures, no story could be timelier or more significant.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Muslims claim that the Qur'an is the final revelation of Allah to Mankind, as he revealed it to Mohammed by his angel Gabreel. Islam contends that, upon reading the Qur'an, the seeker is at once convinced that it is the very word of Allah. Muslims declare that no mere man could have written such a perfect collection of verses, covering a wide variety of topics and doctrines. Within the pages of the Qur'an, one will find familiar events and people, such as the Creation, the Flood, Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. But even the casual reader will notice distinct and striking differences between the Qur'anic and the much older biblical accounts or the same topics. When confronted with these discrepancies, Muslim apologists will counter that it is the Bible itself which has been corrupted. In this thought-provoking new book, the author will examine and refute these claims through careful comparisons of Qur'anic, biblical, historical, and archaeological records. The reader will discover that the Qur'an does not even agree with itself concerning the lives and actions of the prophets and is completely at odds with the much older biblical accounts. Exposing the Truth about the Qur'an (Vol. 1) will discuss a wide range of topics and people such as: Creation, Adam, Satan, Noah, Abraham, Lot, Ishmael, Isaac, Joseph, Job, Jonah, Moses, Joshua, and Elijah. After fourteen centuries of blind adherence, now is the time for thoughtful examination.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: First published in 2005, Understanding Jihad unravels the tangled historical, intellectual, and political meanings of jihad within the context of Islamic life. In this revised and expanded second edition, author David Cook has included new material in light of pivotal developments such as the extraordinary events of the Arab Spring, the death of Usama b. Ladin, and the rise of new Islamic factions such as ISIS. Jihad is one of the most loaded and misunderstood terms in the news today. Contrary to popular understanding, the term does not mean "holy war." Nor does it simply refer to an inner spiritual struggle. This judiciously balanced, accessibly written, and highly relevant book looks closely at a range of sources from sacred Islamic texts to modern interpretations, opening a critically important perspective on the role of Islam in the contemporary world. David Cook cites from scriptural, legal, and newly translated texts to give readers insight into the often ambiguous information that is used to construct Islamic doctrine. He sheds light on legal developments relevant to fighting and warfare and places the internal, spiritual jihad within the larger context of Islamic religion. He describes some of the conflicts that occur in radical groups and shows how the more mainstream supporters of these groups have come to understand and justify violence. He has also included a special appendix of relevant documents including materials related to the September 11 attacks and published manifestos issued by Usama b. Ladin and Palestinian suicide-martyrs.

Book excerpt: What you don't know about Islam can kill you. What you will read in this book can save you. This concise, gripping account gives the reader everything he needs to know in order to make informed and intelligent decisions about Islam and how to respond to it.Islam Exposed provides irrefutable proof about the true nature of Islam and what it has planned for you. Why irrefutable? Because it draws on the Muslims' own writings: the Koran, Sirat Rasul Allah, and the Hadith. Richly documented, you will learn the truth about Muhammad and the religion he created. Islam has waged a relentless war of aggression against the "Kafirs" (non-believers) for fourteen centuries. It is a religion that offers the world only three alternatives: convert, be enslaved, or die. "Coexist" is not an option.Part 1 begins with a justification for knowing more about Islam. Then, contrary to tradition, the author provides a glossary of key terms at the beginning of the book instead of hiding it at the end where the reader usually discovers it after he already has been bewildered by the meaning of unfamiliar words. The glossary, alone, provides an excellent primer on Islam.Part 2 covers the key elements in the life of Muhammad. We can neither understand Islam nor predict what it will do without an understanding of the man. Islam really isn't about Allah. It is about Muhammad, and this concise biography gives the reader everything he needs to know to understand and judge Islam and to predict what it will do next.Part 3 details the essential elements of the religion and political system that Muhammad created. You will learn about its basic theological tenets, the Five Pillars, Jihad, Islamic Dualism, Muslims' relationships with women and non-believers -- Jews and Christians in particular -- its role in perpetuating slavery, and a comparison between Allah and Abba as well as between Muhammad and Jesus. Part 3 concludes with a short course on the history of Islam and the war of aggression that it has waged for fourteen centuries.Part 4 unveils an aggressive plan of action to save non-believers from the global threat of Islam. Chapter Fifteen discusses the "Myth of the Moderate Muslim" and reveals what Muslims mean when they describe Islam as a "religion of peace." Then comes the "Battle Plan", describing both domestic and international courses of action that will save the non-Islamic world from the terror the Muslims have planned for it. This strategy will end the threat of Islam for good. Included in this is a humanitarian way to liberate the Muslims, themselves, from the chains of their own oppressive religion.Concise, gripping, informative, accurate, and bold -- this book gives the reader everything he needs to know about Islam and how to respond to it. "Coexist" is not an option. So, infidel, unless you plan to convert, be enslaved, or die, your only alternative is to fight. This book tells you how.
