Consideramos que éste era un factor esencial y necesario para equipar al liderazgo de la iglesia en el cumplimiento de la misión de "Hacer discípulos semejantes a Cristo en las Naciones". Acordamos elaborarlo como libro con este grupo de presentadores y otros más que se unieron al proyecto. El plan es que a partir del contenido de este libro también se organicen seminarios o talleres donde sean presentados los principios que exponen los autores.
