Book excerpt: Résumé : Le chirurgien-dentiste a connu de nombreux bouleversements au cours de l'histoire qui ont amené la profession à s'adapter aux nouveaux enjeux qui se présentent à elle. La prévention du risque infectieux au cabinet dentaire est depuis longtemps une des grandes préoccupations du chirurgien-dentiste : l'avènement de maladies infectieuses comme le VIH dans les années quatre-vingts a permis d'établir des protocoles de désinfection efficaces ainsi que des mesures d'hygiène et de protection renforcées via l'établissement des précautions standard. Aujourd'hui de façon complémentaire à ces précautions; l'épidémie de Covid-19 et les nouvelles re- commandations liées, poussent le chirurgien-dentiste à adapter sa pratique et son environnement afin de répondre au problème sanitaire actuel et garantir la sécurité des soins et des patients. De nombreux chirurgiens-dentistes accueillent avec entrain ces nouvelles mesures qui ont pour objec- tif de protéger à la fois le patient mais aussi l'équipe soignante, quand d'autres pensent qu'elles alour- dissent trop leurs pratiques. Qu'en est-il du « nouveau normal » des mesures d'hygiène et de protection au sortir de l'épidémie ? Va-t-on retrouver les mesures d'avant l'épidémie, ou bien cette crise a-t-elle permis une prise de cons- cience éventuelle de certains risques infectieux préexistants qui vont mener à intensifier nos mesures de protection et d'hygiène dans la durée ? Que va-t-il advenir par exemple des magazines en salle d'attente, des masques FFP2, des visières et des rappels de patients la veille de leurs rendez-vous ? Au travers de cette thèse, nous évoquerons d'abord les moyens mis en oeuvre par toute l'équipe soignante en matière d'hygiène et de protection au sein du cabinet dentaire. Puis, le coeur de ce travail sera de mener une enquête auprès des chirurgiens-dentistes français, via des groupes privés sur les réseaux sociaux et à l'aide d'un questionnaire, afin de déterminer les mesures qui représentent, pour eux, une avancée qu'ils comptent conserver dans leur pratique quotidienne, ou au contraire qu'ils comptent abandonner, et pour quelles raisons. Ceci permettra d'avoir un aperçu des conditions d'exercice de la chirurgie dentaire de demain, et de préparer l'accueil que les praticiens réserveront aux nouvelles recommandations, qui inévitablement seront développées dans les temps à venir.

Book excerpt: Les cabinets dentaires comportent un risque d'infection croisée au COVID-19 en raison de la spécificité des procédures de soins générant des aérosols. Ils ont fait l'objet d'une fermeture pendant le premier confinement et de mesures de prévention des infections croisées. L'objectif de notre étude était d'étudier les répercussions de la crise sanitaire liée à la pandémie de SARS-CoV-2 en France sur les cabinets dentaires et les chirurgiens-dentistes. Nous avons conduit une étude transversale auprès des chirurgiens-dentistes étant en activité au premier janvier 2020 à l'aide d'un questionnaire en ligne constitué de cinq parties reprenant la chronologie de la pandémie. Sur 330 répondants, 224 ont complété le questionnaire jusqu'à la période post-confinement. L'âge moyen était de 46 ans et 37% étaient des femmes. Avant le confinement, les chirurgiens-dentistes ont évalué leur niveau de stress à 5 en médiane et ont évoqué une surcharge de travail et des difficultés de gestion de cabinet et de personnel. Après le confinement, ils l'évaluaient à 6 en médiane en relation avec l'équilibre financier du cabinet et les exigences pour prévenir les infections croisées ainsi que la peur de ramener le virus chez soi. Suite à cette pandémie 73,7% des participants ont apporté des modifications à leurs pratiques professionnelles, avec pour 30,9% d'entre eux l'allègement du planning avec des rendez-vous plus longs. La crise sanitaire a eu des répercussions importantes au niveau des cabinets dentaires et des chirurgiens-dentistes entrainant des modifications structurelles dans leur fonctionnement et générant du stress supplémentaire.

Cette expérience de télédentisterie sera présentée dans ses modalités de mise en œuvre et les données collectées lors des 3604 appels téléphoniques traités par la plateforme sur la période du 1er avril au 10 mai 2020 seront analysées selon des critères sociodémographiques et clinico-pathologiques.

Interest in translation and music, however, has so far been relatively limited, mainly because translation of musical material has been considered somewhat outside the limits of translation studies, as traditionally conceived. Difficulties associated with issues such as the 'musicality' of lyrics, the fuzzy boundaries between translation, adaptation and rewriting, and the pervasiveness of covert or unacknowledged translations of musical elements in a variety of settings have generally limited the research in this area to overt and canonized translations such as those done for the opera. Yet the intersection of translation and music can be a fascinating field to explore, and one which can enrich our understanding of what translation is and how it relates to other forms of expression. This special issue is an attempt to open up the field of translation and music to a wider audience within translation studies, and to an extent, within musicology and cultural studies.
