"Accreditation of Vocational Teachers' Competencies in Norway" (Ellen Bjerknes) emphasized that teacher accreditation required a holistic approach. "Vocational Training Markets and Validation of Trainer Qualifications in Portugal" (Horacio Covita) provided a model of cross-disciplinary training skills linked to a credit system.
