FH Koblenz) (FB Sozialwesen), Veranstaltung: Organisation und Management Sozialer Arbeit, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Anforderungen an Leitungskräfte in Organisationen sozialer Arbeit haben sich im letzten Jahrzehnt aus den unterschiedlichsten Gründen stark verändert. Während die früheren Leitungsgenerationen sich in vielen Fällen als „Knoten- und Kommunikationspunkte“ des kultur- und bildungspolitischen Handelns“ der Stadt verstanden, deren zentrales Aufgabengebiet die Sicherung der pädagogischen Qualität des Angebots war , so sind die Leitungskräfte heute mit der Forderung nach Managementdenken konfrontiert um Umwelterwartungen und Ressourcenknappheit gerecht zu werden. Vielerorts kämpfen Leitungspersonen mit geringeren Freiräumen, veränderten Arbeitsmilieus, größerem Zeitdruck, einem veränderten Leitungsverständnis sowie steigenden Bildungs- und Integrationsaufgaben. Wo früher Teamhandeln im Vordergrund stand und Leitung aufgrund tradierter Abneigung gegen Hierarchie eher entfunktionalisiert stattfand, gewinnt heute die Bedeutung der Steuerungsfunktion von Leitung durch Beeinflussung und Gestaltung von Organisations- und Kommunikationsstrukturen an Relevanz. (Merchel 2004a, S.10) Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den modernen Anforderungen an Leitungskräfte, ein angemessenes Leitungsverhalten zu entwickeln sowie den Schwierigkeiten und Möglichkeiten, Organisation funktions- und lernfähig zu erhalten. Wo ich kann, werde ich die Erläuterungen mit Beispielen aus meinem Arbeitsalltag beim sozialen Dienst im Altenheim belegen.

This process of transition led firstly to constitutional structures as defined in the order's early legislation but it also occurred within relationship networks at different levels, in the context of Church and papacy, within the different European regions and before the background of the emerging Canon Law. The term "organisation" has been given a wide definition in the articles published in this volume.
