Résultats : les milieux institutionnels et familiaux de l'adolescent avec polyhandicap représentent des ressources dans la mise en place des interventions. Les ergothérapeutes recueillent fréquemment l'avis et le ressenti de l'adolescent afin de le rendre acteur de son suivi. Toutefois, les demandes institutionnelles et thérapeutiques peuvent empêcher les ergothérapeutes de répondre aux demandes de l'adolescent. Conclusion : afin de favoriser le bien-être de l'adolescent atteint de polyhandicap, l'ergothérapeute équilibre sa prise en soins selon les différentes demandes de l'adolescent, sa famille et l'institution. Toutefois, l'adolescent avec polyhandicap garde la place centrale dans son suivi.
