Entre maturite du secteur du transport aerien europeen, et difficultes d'adaptation des politiques de controles de l'attribution des aides d'etat, il s'agit d'un theme precurseur pour l'ensemble du droit europeen, et plus particulierement pour les autres moyens de transport en cours de developpement sur notre territoire."
