Besonders der Einsatz dieses „Werkzeugs“ im täglichen Geschäftsleben ist ein erklärungsbedürftiges und interessantes Thema. Die daraus möglicherweise resultierenden Nachteile sind ebenfalls zu beachten. Somit lautet die Forschungsfrage: Welche Vorteile bietet die Kenntnis von verkaufspsychologischen Taktiken, beim Verkauf eines Produktes oder einer Dienstleistung im Kund:Innengespräch? Bei dieser Bachelorarbeit hat der Autor das Thema „Das Kundengespräch aus verkaufspsychologischer Sicht“ gewählt. Im Zeitalter der medialen Überreizung, welche in Zukunft weiter zunehmen dürfte, erreichen uns im urbanen Bereich täglich bis zu 9000 Werbebotschaften. Nur die wenigsten davon können in unserem Gehirn eine Bedeutung aufbauen. Das ist unter anderem einer der Gründe, weshalb das persönliche Kundengespräch zu einem der wichtigsten Verkaufsinstrumente zählt. Die Verkaufspsychologie wird mit dem unterhalb angeführten Zitat präzise beschrieben: „Die Verkaufspsychologie untersucht, welche Verhaltensweisen und Kommunikationsformen von Verkäufern dafür geeignet sind, potenzielle Käufer gezielt zu beeinflussen. Es werden psychologische Voraussetzungen wirksamer Verkaufstätigkeit, Eigenarten verschiedener Käufergruppen sowie Merkmale eines den Verkauf fördernden Kontextes gesucht und die Ergebnisse bes. in Verkäuferschulungen sowie in Maßnahmen der Verkaufsförderung übersetzt.“ Gleichzeitig befasst sich der Autor mit kulturellen Unterschieden beim Kund:Innengespräch, die sich im Vergleich zwischen der Türkei und Österreich ergeben können. Als Beispiel kann hier genannt werden, dass der türkische Geschäftsbereich zwar formell ist, jedoch bei weitem nicht so förmlich wie in der deutschsprachigen Gesellschaft.
