Les différentes options prothétiques avec leurs avantages et leurs inconvénients seront ensuite décrites : prothèse fixée par bridge collé, prothèse implanto-portée, et prothèse amovible. Cela nous amènera à montrer que le bridge collé est une solution de choix dans les cas de fente : par ses multiples indications (son rôle de contention, sa réalisation possible malgré des paramètres parodontaux défavorables, pour son temps de réalisation et son coût financier) ainsi que dans les cas d’impossibilité ou d’échec d’implantation. Nous présenterons ensuite la technique de conception du bridge collé (choix des dents supports, nombre de piliers, choix des matériaux du bridge et de collage) pour le patient commun puis les adaptations techniques spécifiques à apporter chez le porteur de fente. Enfin, nous illustrerons cet exposé par un cas clinique : un porteur de fente réhabilité par un bridge collé céramo-métallique. En conclusion, le bridge collé est une alternative à l’implantation toujours d’actualité dans les cas de fente labio-palatine. Il sera une solution de choix lorsque les patients présentent: un déficit osseux résiduel important, une contre-indication ou un échec d’implantation, une nécessité de contention du sens
