Des résultats expérimentaux basés sur des mesures du champ moyen, du champ turbulent, de corrélations spatio-temporelles et sur des visualisations tomographiques instantanées permettent d'une part de mettre en évidence certains comportements au voisinage de l'injection, et d'autre part de mieux connaître l'organisation du jet manipulé dans la région lointaine de l'interaction entre le jet principal et l'injection transverse. Une application à l'augmentation du mélange est proposée, sous les traits d'une étude paramétrique.
