Book excerpt: A call for Christians to move past the shallows of idealized beliefs and into a deeper, more vibrant, beatitude-like faith rooted in sacred practices and intimate experiences with God. When the limits of his own faith experience left him feeling spiritually empty, Niequist determined God must have a wider vision for worship and community. In his search, Aaron discovered that there was historical Christian precedent for enacting faith in a different way, an ancient and now future way of believing. He calls this third way "practice-based faith." This book is about loving one's faith tradition and, at the same time, following the call to something deeper and richer. By adopting some new spiritual practices, it is possible to learn to swim again with a renewed sense of vigor and divine purpose.

She is desperate to give her son a chance at life, but every day is a struggle to live. They have agreed to stay until Alexander turns eighteen so he won’t be influenced by Ethano, who wants him for his own selfish and destructive gain. Victor is at a disadvantage in a world he knows nothing about. He has no allies, friends, or connections like he did back in his kingdom. But losing his kingdom and trying to fit in this culture is more difficult than he ever imagined. As Sarah declines, Victor fears the worst. His only hope is to make an allegiance with the enemy. Both are scared of the consequences, but they are left with little choice. Sarah will do anything to stay alive for her husband and unborn child. As they try to adjust to life in California, their lives come crashing down all around them. When Sarah is kidnapped by the Blue-ringed Immortals and learns the sinister plans in store for her, she is mortified and will fight with her very last breath.

Book excerpt: Sub-titled "Anti-Christ, Babylon, and the Bride of the Lamb", Volume II of our Great Falling Away series details the three levels of faith in the world, together with their commensurate, three worldviews. These worldviews are inextricably inter-twined with mankind?s concepts of mortality, immortality, and eternity, as men exercise, or don?t exercise, their God-given faith and conscience. In revealing the precepts of a biblically-defined faith, we also unveil the nature and characteristics of anti-Christ, Babylon, and the Bride of the Lamb, the three protagonists in all of the world?s conflicts. And the world?s conflicts are coming to a crescendo, as we approach the full harvest of the first resurrection, and its attendent, soon-following, wedding feast of the Lamb in the heaven of God, soon-after followed by the establishment of the kingdom of God on earth for one thousand years, under the Kingship of Messiah Yahshua - Jesus the Christ of Nazareth/Bethlehem/Judea. "Kiss The Chosen One, unless He be angry, and you lose the way...Psalm 2:12a

It portrays the universe of God with the redeemer as its soul and center. It presents the self-sacrifice of Christ as that which gives him his place forever. The vision of this volume is “the lamb in the midst of the throne.” Its message is: “The Lamb that hath been slain” and “is alive forevermore” redeems us by his sacrifice by redeeming us unto it. So, what his sacrifice is to us, gives us our place forever. If all thought obscuring what he has done for us and can be to us, is a barrier to his best for us; surely any interpretation which reveals that utmost he can be to us, ought to be most welcome; for, it seeks to present to mind and heart the mind and heart of the message and mission of Jesus Christ.

Book excerpt: The words of this book are based upon Christ’s declaration: “I am the way, the truth, and the life . . .” St. John 14:6. This Holy Ghost inspired book will have every reader reexamining their faith in Christ, their walk in God, and even the way they currently display God’s Agape love in this world.I am come unto you as a friend, and truly I write unto you in much fear and trembling in the Holy Ghost. I come not in mine own name, but in the name of him who has sent me to testify unto the truth; and in him is no lie, even he which is Jesus Christ, our Lord. Now there is utterly a fault in the church from the least to the greatest: those who preach haven’t been sent to preach, and those who teach have not the anointing; and those who prophesy unto you have prophesied a lie because they have altogether deceived the people; and because of your carrying away you shall be one with their damnation. While reading this book, you shall learn the truth of your God and Creator, and of his Son, Jesus Christ. You shall learn how to identify the voice of God in your hearing, and how he speaks to you. You will learn how and why the Lord, God is so attached to man, and why he loves man so much. You will learn why you must be born again; moreover, you will discover what it is you need to do (what's your part in the kingdom of God) to truly be a light to others in this world. You will discover the reason why both faith and love are the keys to life in the kingdom of God, and the role they play in salvation. You will learn how to properly utilize and deploy your faith in a powerful new way. And even though you might know the basics of faith, today you will learn why its works have been a great mystery to the church. Today we will unlock this mystery together, and you will find that you now, not only can please God, but that you will also learn how easy it is for you to do his will and overcome all things by faith. You will also learn who your heavenly Father really is, as you come to realize that he has been waiting a long to meet you.Above all else, you will learn the reasons why the miracles, spoken of in St. Mark 16:16-18., are not occurring in the church today, and why the ministers and preachers of our day have not been bringing forth the word with signs following as had the apostles. You will be taught many things that you may have never been taught in the church, or have been taught improperly; such as the Constancy, the Fidelity, and the Faithfulness of God in the reality of himself. You will learn not only what these words mean, but you will learn how to apply them to your life as you grow in Christ. Little children, I am only asking of you is to listen to his voice today. This book is a book of instructions given in hopes of making "YOU ALL" true Disciples of Christ. My one and only prayer for you all is that you don’t miss out on the opportunity to learn the truth about your heavenly Father, so that you do not go, The Impossible Way.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In retrospect, Karl Barth conceded that "everything which needs to be said, considered, and believed about God the Father and God the Son . . . might be shown and illuminated in its foundation through God the Holy Spirit." Nevertheless, he refrained from doing so because it was "still too difficult to distinguish between God's Spirit and man's spirit," and so it was--then. However, the late twentieth-century explosion in various disciplines of thought now provides greater discernment between human and divine spirit, a better understanding of the logic of spirit, and the concept and role of spirit in distinction to mind and body. Gorsuch's theological interdisciplinary investigation into the analogia spiritus and a Christian perichoretic relational ontology brings new meaning and coherence to previously difficult scriptures. Moreover, it provides the fundamental landscape for addressing issues of profound theological consequence: (1) redressing the death of transcendence with a new understanding of relational dynamics through which free, temporal, and self-determining human beings might mutually relate with an Eternal God of providence; (2) laying the framework for a viable Christian pluralistic hypothesis in an increasingly pluralistic world; and (3) providing an enriched theological anthropology for addressing human spirit, origins, and theodicy.

Book excerpt: Too often Christians have been left with the idea that faith is a character quality that one fully possesses or they lack the qualities of faith altogether. This idea has left many Christians with feelings of guilt, uncertainty and confusion in living their lives by faith. There is a fundamental question that must be asked "does it take more faith for one to realize the results of things hoped for, or does it take more faith to live life with the assurance of things hoped for?" In this study Richard guides you through five life transforming D's of faith, Defining faith, Discovering faith, Developing a living faith, Dwelling in a living faith and Delivered through a living faith. There is one faith that manifests itself in three distinct and yet unified ways, Doctrinal faith, Saving faith and Living faith. These three work together in perfect harmony through the one triune God, with the purpose of bringing God glory through each and every believer's life. You will learn that a living faith is a growth process that God has specifically designed and measured out for each individual believer's life. There are six stages that faith needs to grow through and mature in, for the development of a healthy living faith that has an eternal perspective.

In 2013, he published Spiritual Wisdom based on the holy scripture, Bhagavad Gita. And lately, he’s been working to unveil truths buried in the Vedas, composed by spiritual scholars throughout the years before the second millennium BCE and extending into the Late Bronze Age. In the first volume of In Search of Absolute Truth, Malhotra journeys through complex, ancient Rig-Veda mystic mythology, writings that address various aspects of creation preservation and transformation, covering the first five chapters of the Rig-Veda. He shares that finding knowledge buried in holy scripture is like climbing a mountain. Your judgment and perception are constantly refined as you move higher and higher in understanding the Vedas. You come to know absolute truth only when you reach the pinnacle, look around, and see that many hills make the mountain peak of the absolute truth. This follow-up work, In Search of Absolute Truth: Rig-Veda Volume II: Spiritual Involution continues where the first volume leaves off.

This book was released on 2016-07-12 with total page 244 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Polygamy?" says the mainstream Mormon Church. "We gave that up long ago." Not so, claims noted LDS poet and author Carol Lynn Pearson, who examines the issue as it has never been examined before. Any member of the LDS Church today who enters the practice of polygamy is immediately excommunicated. However, Pearson claims, polygamy itself has never been excommunicated, but has an honored and protected place at the table. It has only been postponed, a fact confirmed by thousands of "eternal sealings" giving a man an assurance that he will claim as wives in heaven the two, three, or even more women he has sequentially married during his lifetime. No such opportunity is available to women. Through her own personal stories, those of her ancestors, and the thousands of stories that came to her through an Internet survey, Pearson shows the power of the Ghost of Eternal Polygamy as it not only waits on the other side to greet the most righteous in heaven, but also haunts the living-hiding in the recesses of the Mormon psyche, inflicting profound pain and fear, assuring women that they are still objects, harming or destroying marriages, bringing chaos to family relationships, leading many to lose faith in the church and in God. Mormon historian and author Dr. Gregory Prince says of The Ghost of Eternal Polygamy: "Carol Lynn Pearson has hit a home run in her quest to illuminate both the damage that Mormonism's de facto practice of polygamy continues to inflict, and the route to a better, more humane place. Those who truly hope for eternal polygamy or who resent any call to institutional reform will be upset, but countless others will rejoice that she has shown 'a more excellent way.' "

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The present volume examines an underdeveloped component in the theology of Karl Barth. Specifically, the work asks: how, and to what extent, can faith be understood as ontologically proper to the trinitarian becoming of God? The work argues for an ontological grounding of faith in the becoming of God. To do so, Watson performs an in-depth examination of Barth's understanding of the concept of faith. Using Barth's threefold movement of revelation, the work contends God can be thought of as the subject (Glaubender), predicate (Glaube), and object (Geglaubte) of faith. Barth's theological exposition of Jesus as subject and object of election offers a promising proposal for how faith is ontologically understood. At the same time, the argument brings to the fore a crucial component of Barth's theological program, namely, the concept of recognition (Anerkennung). God's recognizing faith is then conceived as the condition of the possibility of human faith. Drawing on Barth's entire oeuvre, Watson offers an understanding of the divine becoming of faith that opens possibilities for thinking systematically about the realization of the corresponding human faith.
