La población fue de 20 trabajadores y, se aplicó el cuestionario para la recolección de la información, el cual consto de 90 preguntas con tres alternativas de respuesta. Se puede concluir que el Clima Organizacional existente en la Cooperativa Alianza C.T.A es de tipo Autoritario – Paternalista, ya que la mayoría de la decisiones son tomadas en la cima de la empresa pero algunas se toman en los mandos medios. Además se evidenció con los encuestados que la empresa juega con las necesidades sociales de sus colaboradores, sin embargo da la impresión de trabajar dentro de un ambiente estable y estructurado.
