El proyecto parte del reconocimiento de la existencia de la carencia de una herramienta fundamental para la gestión administrativa " Un MANUAL DE PROCESOS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS": la Clínica Los Rosales S.A., por tal motivo se puso en la tarea de emprender su levantamiento y continuar su actualización. La investigación se realizó mediante un estudio descriptivo, en el que se tuvo en cuenta elementos claves como observaciones directas y entrevistas personales, las cuales se realizaron con los jefes de área y se aprobaron con las diferentes directores de las direcciones involucradas: Dirección Médica, Dirección Administrativa y Dirección de Mercadeo Del análisis efectuado sobre la información recolectada en la encuesta surgieron ciertas propuestas tales como la estandarización de procedimientos que se realizaban sin una debida metodología, necesidad de controlar los procedimientos (crear formatos) y sistematización de actividades, entre otros, lo que permitió mejorar la calidad del servicio y el ambiente laboral dentro de la institución. Esta reconocida organización prestadora de servicios en el eje cafetero, es conciente que su trabajo apenas inicia y sigue dispuesta a desarrollar todos los componentes indispensables para poder alcanzar la certificación.
