Sie widmet sich der Bedeutung systemtheoretischer Erkenntnisse für die systemische Beratungspraxis. Dabei werden grundlegende theoretische Konzepte wie die Autopoiese, die Systemtheorie und der Konstruktivismus betrachtet. Zudem wird das daraus entstandene systemische Denken und Handeln als neue Perspektive beleuchtet. Die Hausarbeit zeigt auf, wie durch diese Entwicklungslinien die systemische Beratungspraxis entstand und welche Möglichkeiten sich hierdurch eröffneten. Im weiteren Verlauf werden die grundlegenden Annahmen des systemischen Ansatzes, wie Zirkularität, Kontextabhängigkeit und Kybernetik 2. Ordnung erläutert. Hierbei werden die Implikationen für den systemischen Beratungskontext in den Fokus gerückt, indem verschiedene Aspekte wie Hypothetisieren, Perturbation, Ressourcen- und Lösungsorientierung sowie die Rolle des Beobachters aufgezeigt werden. Zusätzlich wird der systemische Ansatz mit den klassischen psychologischen Theorien menschlichen Verhaltens verglichen. Abschließend wird vor dem Hintergrund der theoretischen Grundlagen die Aussage begründet, dass Systemische Psychotherapie und Systemische Beratung durchaus Gemeinsamkeiten und Schnittstellen, aber eben auch Unterschiede und Grenzen aufweisen, die es in der systemischen Beratungspraxis zu beachten gilt. Zum Schluss werden die Ergebnisse diskutiert und ein Fazit gezogen, das einen Ausblick auf zukünftige Entwicklungen und Potenziale im Bereich der systemischen Beratungspraxis gibt. Diese Hausarbeit bietet somit einen Überblick über die Bedeutung der system- und erkenntnistheoretischen Entwicklungslinien für die systemische Beratungspraxis.
