Il est donc nécessaire de pouvoir diagnostiquer et identifier les troubles perturbant les activités mathématiques à tous les âges du développement, afin de proposer une prise en charge orthophonique efficace. L' objectif de ce mémoire est de créer un test diagnostique des troubles de la cognition mathématique adapté aux patients scolarisés en classe de 6ème, 5ème ou 4ème. Le test est composé de diverses épreuves. Les épreuves de transcodages de nombres naturels et rationnels, de barrage de zéros inutiles, de droites à graduer et de comparaison de nombres sont axées sur le traitement des nombres. Les épreuves de calcul mental, d'opérations posées, d'opérations sur les entiers relatifs et sur les fractions évaluent la maîtrise du calcul. Enfin, le test comporte une épreuve de résolution de problèmes. Ces épreuves s'appuient en pmiie sur le modèle du triple-code de Dehaene, les classifications de problèmes de Vergnaud, ainsi que sur les programmes scolaires des différents niveaux. L' étude est réalisée sur quatre-vingt-seize sujets tout-venants. Les résultats obtenus sont présentés sous forme d' écarts-types et de quantilages. Un indice de sensibilité est calculé par niveau scolaire pour chaque épreuve. L' analyse de ces résultats montre que certaines épreuves ne permettent pas de discriminer un sujet sain d'un sujet pathologique. Ces épreuves nécessiteraient d'être modifiées, en augmentant le nombre d'items ou en ajustant le niveau de difficulté. Cette étude permet d' aborder l' évaluation de la cognition mathématique chez les adolescents de 6ème, 5ème et 4ème. Suite à la récente parution d'un test diagnostique étalonné jusqu'à la 5ème, elle peut donner lieu à des travaux de recherches ciblant une populationlégèrement plus âgée, en réadaptant certaines épreuves.

Le DDML4 présentent plusieurs intérêts telle qu'une durée de passation rapide, ou des fondements théoriques à la fois piagétiens et cognitivistes. Selon les médecins participants à notre étude, l'outil finalisé est satisfaisant. Cependant, des réajustements sont à prévoir.

" A notre connaissance, il n'existe pas de test évaluant diverses conceptions au niveau des difficultés en mathématiques, nous avons donc créé des questionnaires destinés aux enfants ayant des difficultés en mathématiques et à leurs parents dans le but d'évaluer diverses conceptions au niveau des mathématiques et de leur apprentissage. Les questionnaires ont été proposés à 67 enfants ayant une dyscalculie et/ou des troubles du raisonnement logico-mathématique et à leurs parents. Les résultats obtenus permettent de valider notre première hypothèse : les enfants ayant une dyscalculie et/ou des troubles du raisonnement logico-mathématique ont une conception incomplète des mathématiques et de leur apprentissage. Notre deuxième hypothèse n'est que partiellement validée : il existe quelques liens entre les conceptions des enfants et celles de leurs parents mais il n'y a pas de lien systématique. Les outils créés ont un intérêt clinique. Il est important de prendre en compte les conceptions à propos des mathématiques dans le cadre d'un bilan et d'une prise en charge orthophoniques. Les questionnaires peuvent intervenir dans le cadre du dépistage. Les réponses obtenues sont utiles pour la rééducation avec l'enfant : elles permettent de mieux comprendre l'enfant, elles donnent des pistes de prise en charge... Les questionnaires peuvent aussi être un point de départ pour un accompagnement parental, pour investir la famille dans la prise en charge.

The use of e-mail in an organization causes an average 40 percent increase in paper consumption. In The Myth of the Paperless Office, Abigail Sellen and Richard Harper use the study of paper as a way to understand the work that people do and the reasons they do it the way they do. Using the tools of ethnography and cognitive psychology, they look at paper use from the level of the individual up to that of organizational culture. Central to Sellen and Harper's investigation is the concept of "affordances"—the activities that an object allows, or affords. The physical properties of paper (its being thin, light, porous, opaque, and flexible) afford the human actions of grasping, carrying, folding, writing, and so on. The concept of affordance allows them to compare the affordances of paper with those of existing digital devices. They can then ask what kinds of devices or systems would make new kinds of activities possible or better support current activities.
