The broccoli helps your liver detox and as a result, gives your skin that glows. That's a much better look than sad and starving, don't you think? Courgette and white bean soup. Imagine having a bowl of this handmade soup (don't worry, it only takes 5 minutes to make - literally) for lunch. How much better than a shop bought sandwich in a packet.
