Además, se plantean futuros especulativos en los que la empresa podría verse sumergida de seguir relacionándose con sus clientes de la manera que lo viene haciendo, en respuesta se co-diseña un futuro deseado para compañía. Finalmente se propone un concepto que responde a ese futuro y se entrega un plan de trabajo a la pyme. En la actualidad las empresas entienden la importancia de estar presentes y vigentes dentro de los nuevos canales de comunicación, sin embargo, en Colombia, no existe una línea clara de diseño, conectividad, presencia en medios digitales y manejo de datos. Los flujos de información se tornan borrosos y con frecuencia el mensaje que se quiere entregar al cliente se tergiversa o simplemente no se entrega. Por esto, el proyecto busca generar una presencia digital efectiva e integral, de modo que cada uno de los actores de la compañía pueda relacionarse de manera adecuada con sus clientes en los canales de comunicación nacientes.
